We celebrate our fabulous Nursing team by acknowledging Primary Healthcare Nurses Day on Wednesday, 5th February.

Who are Primary Healthcare Nurses?  These amazing people are not the same Nurses you find in hospitals, instead they are at your local GP clinic, in Aged Care facilities, community services and even schools.  They are the ones who help with your immunisations, your chronic diseases and your wound dressings.  Primary Healthcare Nurses assist GP’s with procedures such as excisions, ECG’s, spirometry’s and will look after your bump, scrape or cut, until you see your Doctor.

If you are coming for an appointment to our clinic on Wednesday, 5th February, please join us in saying Thank You to our Nurses by wearing one (or all) of the Primary Healthcare Nursing colours – Red, Yellow and Blue.
