Morningside General Practice Clinic is now registered with MyMedicare.

What is MyMedicare?  MyMedicare is a (voluntary) patient registration system that aims to formalise the relationship between patients, their general practice, General Practitioner (GP) and other primary care teams such as pharmacies and allied health professionals.

MyMedicare is separate to My Health Record and will not hold any of your clinical information as opposed to My Health Record.

To download a patient registration form, please click here and fill out with your information. Once completed, you can hand the form to your GP or the Receptionist at the front counter, where our staff will complete the registration process for you.
